Photography

Digital photography does not stop at writing to the memory card, in this course you will learn in what ways a digital photo can be further kneaded. You can also create new possibilities while shooting to finalize your final image. You will learn the difference between preparing a photo for online use and hanging it on the wall, as well as how to better organize our photos. Quality photography is more than just taking a good picture, but also managing to translate the vision into a finished image … an image we can be proud of!

Supplies:
– Own laptop, during class we will work with the desktop software.
– Adobe Creative Cloud Photography membership with the latest versions of Lightroom Classic and Photoshop installed.
– Photo camera with RAW photo capture capability, tripod.

We will get straight to work organizing supplied work files, so you will also learn the ropes of organizing your own Lightroom photo library. In addition to editing these work files, we will also work on your own photography and homework assignments.

A total of 8 2.5-hour classes will be taught on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 10 p.m. at the Free Academy. Location: Herbenusstraat 89, room “meeting@kumulus”. Participation in the course costs €275 (incl. VAT, excl. materials). To participate, payment must be complete in advance. There is room for a maximum of 8 course participants.
